WOW Leadership Academy
Each year, we provide specialized leadership training for teenagers and young adults. We call it our leadership academy. This training revolves around an intense weekend of teaching by our experienced staff on topics related to missional leadership in an urban community. With over 40 years of combined experience, our three staffers are well qualified to provide one of the best teen-specific leadership trainings in the region.
We feel that this training is so beneficial, that we require any individual interested in serving as a WOW Leadership Team Member to attend one of these weekends.
This year, we will host 3 Leadership Academies.
